Our
Story
A simple idea,
a growing community,
and a shared commitment to ending childhood hunger.
Families Feeding Families began in 2022 when the Miller and Morris families came together with a simple goal: help ensure that no child goes hungry. Partnering with the North Texas Food Bank, we invited friends and family to support the Food Bank's children's programs, providing healthy meals to children facing food insecurity across North Texas.
In just four years, thanks to the generosity of our supporters, Families Feeding Families has helped provide more than one million meals to children in need! While this year we will focus our food collection on peanut butter at our annual celebration, our primary focus is raising financial support through donations made directly to the North Texas Food Bank. Every dollar donated provides three nutritious meals because the Food Bank can purchase food at significantly lower cost through its purchasing power.
Although we've reached an incredible milestone, the need continues to grow. Childhood hunger impacts health, development, learning, and future success, and the North Texas Food Bank's children's programs are among its most resource-intensive. Your support helps ensure these critical programs continue to provide nutritious meals to children who need them most.

Families Feeding Families
Advisory Council
As Families Feeding Families enters its fifth year, we are expanding our impact by forming an Advisory Council of community leaders and advocates. Their expertise, connections, and passion will help us reach more families, engage new supporters, and provide even more meals for children in need.
We are deeply grateful to our Advisory Council members for joining us in this mission and helping grow the reach and impact of Families Feeding Families.
